You are more likely to qut with the help of a quit smoking advisor. If you woule like to talk about quitting smoking you can make an appointment with your GP, speak to a pharmacist or contact NHS Bristol for your nearest quit smoking group.

A Health Trainer can help you by talking about the foods you already eat and working with you to make realistic changes.
